fix jade triton shower?

Can not get the overflow pipe back into the heater , going to change the prd but took it all off,now can't get the overflow back into the hole. Shower is a triton enrich.the prd has blown and water now coming through the overflow,

Same problem happened to me. apparantely its due to living in a hard water area (im in london). Plumber recommended for me to buy a new shower kit, which he said would be less hassle than buying a new PRD. The total amount I had to pay was £160, 100 for his charges, 60 for a new power shower.

thats not a overflow that is a prv.
it has activated because of a build up of pressure most common reason is a scaled up showerhead or the shower hose twisted.
