Mend Lexmark 1240 Printer Printing

printer not printing?

we have the lexmark 1240 printer and a lenova 9686 a12 computer with windows vista . the printer will only print a partial heading then nothing, . we can not get full printing of what ever we send. not sure why , can you help?
