Mend Triton Opal 10.5kw Shower Water Appliances

My triton opal 10.5kw does not switch off!?

When I switch my shower off the water will not turn off. It will go cold as if the shower has stopped, but the water keeps going. Even when the power is turned off. I have to turn it off in the loft.

Simply, the water valve is controlled by an electric solenoid that shuts the water off for you. Its stuck in the on position and needs a replacement.
