Problems with my Whirlpool Tablet Dispenser?

There are a couple of possible faults here....firstly...take out the bottom basket...and at the back of the filter housing you will see a grey pipe running from the filter housing up the back of the machine wall...make sure its not loose at the bottom...dont pull it too hard but if its loose the bottom part has broken and has to be replaced...easy about £15.Them make sure the spray arms are not blocked..this prevents them rotating...whislt the machine is running...after about 5 mins...carefull open the door just a little...you should just see the arms rotating.
