Mend Panasonic CT32G4 TV Reset

Remove child lock from Panasonic TV?

Panasonic CT32G4 tv child lock is on. Factory guided (Panasonic support) reset procedures did not remove the lock. I do not have the code. The owners manual states that if "always" was selected when the code was put in, you have to take it to a repair shop. This is neither practical or economical to do. Can someone please help. I know the TV works fine and I do not want to throw it away.
