ariston ld87 demo keeps coming up and won't go?

Press the on/off button together with start/cancel button for 2-3 seconds. A sign "D OF" will appear. Select your program and enjoy your LD87 again.
If it doesn't work the 1st time try the following modifications:
- unplug the machine for a while, replug-it and then try again with the 1st instructions.
- after "D OF", turn off and on the machine, or try again to unplug-replug.

I suppose "D OF" is "DEMO OFF" but I'm not sure.
