How can i remove tweeters in a renault clio 1999?

i've recently bought a renault clio, its an old 1999 one but i'm midway through upgrading the sound system

the tweeters that are mounted in the dashboard have completely thrown me, i don't have a CLUE how to remove them! It seems like they're moulded into the dashboard but that can't be right can it?

I'm wondering whether or not to cut them out at the moment really, but i'd prefer not to to be honest.

Any help would be great

Any idea how to remove the dash? and will that effect the airbags in both the wheel and the passenger side?

If I remember right you have to remove the dash top as they're secured from underneath.
