Mend Sony Ericsson K850i Hear Fine Turn

does anybody know where i can fix my k850i?

i can hear nothing when people ring me, and also when i try and call someone, however it is fine when i turn it on loudspeaker. i can not send it to vodaphone as it was a hand me down from my uncle, any suggestions as to where to get it repaired??

Depends what country you are in.
In the UK as long as you get a reciept from your uncle you can take the handset into the Carphone Warehouse who will send it away to be repaired.
