I have a ford transit 1998. all of a sudden the rear lights stopped working. (only the brake and tail lights) also there is a buzzer to let you know that you have got out and left the lights on has stopped working at the same time . I have cheked all the fuses and they are fine. can anyone help?

Did you manage to find the cure? I have a similar problem, I have lost the back lights, still have indicators, fog, and reversing lights. All front is fine, however I have also lost all dash board lights as well, like you no buzzer when door opens.

Try running a separate earth cable from the lamp cluster to a clean spot on the bodywork and see if all comes back to normal. The earth wire incorporates the connections from every bulb which is (probably) why they have all failed at the same time.
