My White Knight tumble dryer works but there is no heat can u please advise on how to fix this problem Its a compact model.

Where is the red reset button? I have same problem, White Knight 767 only 14 months old and no heat. There is a red rubber circle in the centre of the back that is sort of sucked in, but it doesn't look like a button, is this it? if so it makes no difference.
