check your fuel filter for blockage[usually found inside petrol tank] if not that, blocked jets in carb.

remove guards & watch what happens on your fuel lines when you press primer - small cracks will pull air into fuel line (look for air bubbles/small drips - could also be dirt in carb., dirty air filter or dirty fuel filter (if fitted)
