I own a Haskee 4.0 HP 158 cc when I prime it, it will start but will not run. Do I need to change the gas fillter? If yes where is it?... or what else could it be? It is only about ony year old.
Most likely you have water in the tank and/or carb. take off the float bowl and clean it. Allow some gas to flow from tank to the (now open) carb to flush the line. Re-assemble & start.
