I have a Siemens CX65 mobile phone which will not power up.
It has had a new battery. It's not the phone i want but the videos and pictures stored on it, (there of my mum last xmas just before she died) I have taken it to the orange shop but they say they will have to wipe the phones memory. but didn't really know what was wrong. Is there any body i can send it to that will be able to retrieve the data from the phone. without WIPING THE MEMORY.I would be very grateful for any help.
When i plug the charger into the phone it won't charge. when i took it to the orange shop he tried another new battery but it still wouldn't charge. As for being dropped, damaged, or been incontact with moisture i would have to yes more than likely to all 3. The phone belonged to my teenage daughter

This can be done...but first a couple of questions.
Have you tried powering it up with the charger, if so what happens ?
Has it been dropped / damaged / subject to moisture.?
