Mend Fisher & Paykel 701 Washing Machine Smartdrive Repair

fisher & paykel smartdrive 701 spins out of balance?

My smartdrive 701 drum flops about and spins out of balance unless the load is very carefully packed. It sometimes bangs against the side of the cabinet. Does anyone know what needs doing? I'm reasonably handy, just need to know what to attack. Thanks.

i got the same problem , all i did is looked at the inner ciorcle to the edges and fixed 4 springs, one to each side. so far it workin , but im gullable for now to see how long thou , but if there is a correct answer to this problem ,then help would be great
