Ariston Ariston HE 28 Heating, Home Heating Systems Boiler Condensate Fault

Sorry also if the boiler is not hanging straight (leaning slightly to the left) it causes condensate water to build up against the sensor causing it to short across the points. Levelling out boiler and removing restrictor should do the trick.

My plumber has changed a number of items to no avail, however after taking everything apart he found that the boiler had been installed with a restrictor in the flue. According to Ariston this is a big no no on this type of installation as it causes excessive condensation to be produced which it is not designed to cope with. Restrictor has been removed and to date no more problems. Fingers crossed.

Have not got the answer but have the same problem. Will let you know what to do if I can get it fixed. Can you do the same?
