my TomTom one will only switch on if i remove the memory card and then replace it.

TomTom TomTom One Navigation, Satellite Navigation Problem Remove Replace

the tomtom most likely has a faulty switch inside the card reader. the card slot has a small switch inside that switches on / off when a card is inserted. Sometimes it is a software fault that can be corrected with a hard reset . Find the small reset switch through a hole underneath . It is very small hole , you can insert a paper clip to press the reset switch. You can try reset , it might work .
