Mend Scantronic 9427 Moved House Keypad

Scantronic 9427 Panic alarm key missing?

I have moved to a house with an alarm with a Scantronic 9427 keypad. The red key for the panic alarm has been lost and we somehow managed to set off the alarm from that site. This has resulted in a red light for that zone on the keypad and we cannot reset it as we don't have the key.

Can we get another key and how do we reset it?
