Mend Renault Clio Grande 1.2 Gear Pull Engine

clutch problems?

Hi, I have a 2000 clio grande 1.2 what I can put the car into gear but when i go to pull away the engine just revs high and the car only pulls away really slowly while revin really high i have no idea what the promblem is, any ideas or help please. thanks very much jo

not sure if clutch on clio is ajustable,if you ring local "clutch clinic" they will be able to quote you for price of replacing clutch if needed.
