Hi, Ford IDS can do it but its not as easy as just pushing a button ! I download the ECU config file then upload as if a new ECU has been fitted, when asked if a limiter is needed say no !

ford dealer tools cannot do it, the dealer tool, vcm/IDS, has option for "no limit" but this makes the limit 100mph.! Vantuner can remove it when remapping it though..(vantuner co uk)
