Mend Renault Scenic/Megane (1998) Immobiliser Engine Start

Problems with central locking. Renault scenic megane?

The locks and immobiliser can be fine for ages the all of a sudden the car doors wont open and the engine wont start then if i leave it for a while it will work again. Could it be loose wires or lack of connection at the battery. renault scenic megane 1998

had the same problem and called rac tonight
he soldered the bulb into the key and hey presto

both keys have failed so was really pleased he got one working
hope this helps

read loads about reprogramming etc etc but it turns out the key is showing red light but wasnt sending a signal.
