Won't fill with water it's a servis automatic 800?
I turn on machine twist the dial round to start washing cycle but nothing happens and will not fill with water it's a Servis Automatic 800 model please can you help its for my 74 year old mother many thanks in advance

Assuming that you have a water supply start by turning off the water and undo the hose from the machine, there is a thimble like filter inside the valve which will need cleaning if clogged, there may be a filter at the other end of the hose also. with both cleaned I would assume that the water solenoid valve is faulty if it still fails to fill
