i have a aqualisa shower bur will not turn on?

It is supplied with hot and cold water i think all other shower equipment is in roof space and the on off control with temperature control is on tiled finished wall and will not illuminate?

It’s the control on tiled wall and I presume it connects to a vale i have just bought the house don’t no a lot about it

Bill, you're going to have to provide a little more detail for any chance of accurate advice. Is it an electric shower, or something that looks more like a large knob set into the wall. What are the circustances of it not turning on? Has there been a failure that's been getting worse over time? As much detail as possible please and I'll see if I can help you.
