Ice cold water in bottom of freezer ?

There will probably be a bit of a channel/gutter and a drain hole somewhere at the back of the fridge to collect condensation off the back of the fridge and route it to a tray that sits on the compressor at the back of the fridge. This often gets blocked with crud. The hole often has a coloured bit of plastic sitting in the top to help clear it - but it can get to a point when there's too much in the pipe.

I use a bit of the old fashioned net curtain rod to clear the drain and pipe.
