I cant get the filter out from my logixx 8 bosch washing machine?

if its breaking its time to stop, first unplug it and drain any water via the drain hose at the filter, tilt backwards against the wall remove the bottom plinth and then remove the one screw retaining the pump, push the pump in allowing it to drop down, remove the hoses and electrics this will give you access to the pump where you can remove the debris via the hose outlets, then re assemble
