upvc door lock how can i repair it?

I cannot raise the handle of my upvc front door to lock it. It is worse in hot weather and will not raise sometimes even with a lot of force but sometimes will if I. Quickly raise it with force it will raise. Any help appreciated.

First NEVER force it or you will have bigger problem,
The door needs adjusting from the hinges or you may have to deglaze it & pack edge of glass. find the probiem by taking off keeps on lock stile one at time try after each one until you find where it's catching, sound like it needs lifting by extra packer on top of glass.
