lexmark x3480cover open?

I have managed to refit the microswitch cover and reassembled the printer all cables are back in place cover open sign has gone but I hear a lot of clicking in the area of the reassembled cables i've checked to se they are ok but still getting this clicking sound and printer is not really working any ideas for my next move
