can you tell me where cut out switch is as drained down system and has tripped out thanxs

when looking at boiler you'll see thermostat remove the bottom plasic case (screw underneath in middle) once removed see the red switch labeled pumped or gravity direct underneath that is a red button push that you'll feel it click if it has tripped.
