How to get started with my Logik cordless phone?

My logic cordless phone cuts off/disconnects when I am chatting to someone....the power shuts down completely. The phone is charged so I am at a loss....

plug the base-unit's power adapter into the power-outlet (wall plug) & then plug the adapter's lead into the back of the phone's base-unit (the charging-cradle) & also connect the phoneline from the cradle to the phoneline connector...
Your portable handset is SEARCHING for it's base-unit & a working phone-line (connection)...
once all's connected, it will stop searching & then you're good-to-go!
