Bonnie, I've had the same problem over the last few days and may have stumbled on a fix last night. If, as me you've had rd and fd fault codes pop up, you probably can't change the temp on the fridge or freezer? I've switched mine off and when it comes back to life it only shows to dashes in the LCD panel? Last night it started beeping and would not stop, by trying every combination of pressing the buttons, I switched the fridge off by holding down all six buttons for at least 8 seconds. This resulted in the fridge switching off completely. I then spent the next hour looking for a fix on the net and found nothing. Just before conceding defeat and moving the frozen goods to the spare in the garage I just pressed the power switch ion the freezer and it came back to life, I'm now able to set the temp use the Eco button etc.. It may be worth trying this prior to parting with some cash.
