How can I fix my Bosch Maxx 800?

this exact thing happened to us today, It ended up being a couple of coins lodged in the drain pump inlet basket.

If you open the front door at the very bottom of the cabinet and unscrew the plug there, remove all the built up lint etc from here and away it went. This is a large plastic object about the size of 1/2 a soft drink can.

can you hear the drain pump running when the machin e is on a drain cycle? is the answer is yes then the probability is that there is a blockage this could be in the drain hose, plumbing oulet, sump hose or drainage filter.
