How to mend Heat Bosch Dryer

Bosch LogicXX condenser dryer drum not moving?

The heat is working on the condenser dryer, but the drum is not going round - any suggestions?

Bosch Maxx - no heat from dryer ?

Everything else seems to work apart from the heat. Is this a heater element or is there a fuse, trip to check?
