How to mend Bottom Oven Not Working

how can i fix my belling xou70fp double oven?

the top oven works fine,the bottom is not working and the supply to the led clock not on.

clock will not work?

clock not working. top oven only works on low heat. bottom oven does not work. grill works and burners work
