The fuse looks good?
If it's a glass fuse and you can see the wire link inside then perhaps it does look good - but it's best to test the fuse anyway.
And the light that doesn't come on - does it show mains power connected or the amplifier ready to amplify? I suspect the first.
Without test equipment (multimeter) it will be difficult to make much progress.
I guess that it has a serious fault that blows the fuse as soon as it gets switched on but that's just a wild guess. Its internal power supply appears not to be working.
