how can i fix my hotpoint wt540?

my washing machine wont pump out the water. washing cycle works ok but wont empty water

My washing machine will not empty. Does it have a blockage or is it the pro?

Its a Hotpoint ultima extra. Could the pump have packed up. Any ideas?
