i cannot send SMS at all in my Nokia 7610, please help?

i am having a problem sending SmS from my nokia 7610, although my message center is ok, i changed my sim to another phone, it works, but in my 7610, all message are kept in my outbox and then 'messages sending failed'.i am thinking maybe i should reset my phone, but how to do that?
