My Dyson CR02 Two Drum flow check has fault F11 showing?

My Dyson CR02 Two Drum flow check has fault F11 showing. Does anyone know what Fault F11 is and is it only Dyson who can fix this problem?

Machine went off and tripped the electricity supply. I switched on machine and found it displaying the error message Fault F11

contact dyson and they will fix machine for a fixed fee of approx £80, including any parts required.
