What does error code C-6 on Kyocera KM 1620 mean? How can it be fixed ?

My photocopier has been displaying this error code message C-6 and 400, and it is not working.

joe japathola you are a genious. it worked super fine. the idea of "key in 1087 twice n press start, enter code error eg.050 n press start. once it shows cle, enter 163 n press start. wait for it to restarst. joe." is the best

c6 is heat problem1-reset thermostat by pressing on it(it is in close contact of upper heater roller)2-check heater lamp for continuity with ohm reading with avometer. check thermistor for a few kilo ohm with avometer.in cold condition.3-if the problem excit after all above pass it to pro service technician.
