how can i fix error code E02 in my wfmc 3200 bosch washer?

E02 means it is taking too long to fill the machine. One of two things are the likely causes. You have low water pressure and the machine has decided it is taking too long to fill up. Now the low fill rate could also be a clogged input strainer and cleaning it may fix the problem. You should clean both of the strainers to be sure. Simply remove the hose at the machine and pull the little plastic strainer out and rinse the trash out of it.
