How do I tune a 28" Hitachi?

I've just bought a 2nd Hand TV from eBay, but there were no instructions with it.

I've got it working with a scart lead, but I want to tune it in through the normal aerial aswell.

Using the buttons on the front, I can scan the "ST" band, but I don't know how to change this, as it won't find any channels on this band.

I've looked on the back, and can't see a model number or anything, so I'm not very hopeful that I'll be able to solve this.

I'd love to hear though if anyone can suggest anything.
