Not come across Spy Bot Worm.....though maybe I'm stupid!
Spybot -Search and Destroy is a piece of software to search out and isolate or remove 'spyware' from your computer http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html
If your problem is a worm or virus, what's your antivirus protection like...is it up to date?
AVG seems to be reasonably recommended
