how do I set my timing for my uno fiat 1400 I just changed the timing belt?

Do you mean your valve timing or ignition? If you`ve set your belt up correctly then your valve timing is done, your ignition timing is done through your ECU and various sensors and can`t be adjusted, distributors and points are a thing of the past.
