it must have a pressure gauge for you to make this statement
it must be a pressurized system
it must have a means of topping up pressure
it must have a filling loop
(either external or built in internal)
try reading the user manual that came with the boiler to top up low system pressure
if you dont have a user manual try googling

failing that try youtube

if all else fails ring vokera customer services
they will help you if all it requires is topping up pressure
