Boxer van in limp mode?

I have a Peugeot boxer 2014 2.2 Diesel van and yesterday it went into limp mode and it said check engine My friend has a snap on modis which I connected up to see what faults it said and it said P15BE Particle Emission Filter Plug Relay ?? and that's it.
I have checked the relays under the bonnet and change them but still the same has any one any idea what else do I check ?

I had a boxer in the garage for 4 months,
Guy couldn’t find anything but tried everything,
Took it to the dealers and within 4 hours it was perfect,
It was the 5th injector
But more importantly there’s 2 fuses that control it
So check every fuse
As my problem was 2 fuses and the 5th injector
