How can I fix my Rover45 radio I've got it on CODE WAIT?

My car was returned from the garage after repairs and they obviously disconnected the battery as the radio had to be recoded. Unfortunately I've lost the code. I've entered what I thought was the correct code, but the radio shows CODE WAIT.
Does anybody know the correct code for my radio.
