How to silent set my alarm at night?

that was helpfull i dont think ,this panel can reset back to the factory default when the panel loses mains and battery power you will need the engineering manual to reprog it i.e user code 1234 engineering code 07890 u can prog it to set night code it wont set silent but gives a low tone

You got the engineer in to change the battery. One takes it you did not instruct him o make the alarm sound at night. Get him back in to put right his cockup and to do so on his nickel.

Alternatively find a manual and use that.
