A model number would be a big help. Can be found on a label. Pull out the top drawer, look under the drawer on the divide between the top & bottom drawers on the left hand side. If it is a DD601 or DD601V2 then it is not worth repairing as they are quite old & F&P no longer supply parts for those models. F4 means it is not heating water, so either the heater plate or the control module is faulty.
