Russell Hobbs 10617 toaster?

something seems to be loose in the control bottom of the toaster and I would like to open the base to see if there is anything I can put right. Unfortunately, I would a screwwbit that will unscrew the screws at the base. Do you know what they are called (the screws)?, so that I can go purchase the screwdriver.
