red lights flashing on Epson C66 on Windows 8?

First few prints B&W then both red lights came on flashing. Wont work at all. Cleaned plate, changed all cartridges, wobbled them to make sure sat properly, unplugged USB and power cable, still no joy !! even uninstalled program haven't installed it again though
