my heater blower has stopped working altogether i changed the pollen filte?

my heater blower has stopped working altogether i have replaced the pollen filter still no good and the resistor it worked will a litter knock but has finally given up i have been told the bearings in the motor may have gone but that came from a vauxhall dealer
