Flashing 'On' light on Epson Stylus DX4800?

I've just replaced all the ink cartridges in the printer & followed all the instructions, the charging has finished. and the 'on' light wasn't flashing, I then went to test print something just to see how it will come out & the 'on' light has started flashing & the light next to paper is red with no flashing, I've put plenty paper into the printer & this has made no difference to the paper light, and the 'on' light is just flashing all the time, I've googled what the issues could be but they all come up with saying where say the number of copies you would be printing is, that there would be a letter "H, E" etc but on mine there is none.

Could anyone help me with this?
